There will be a $8 charge for return shipping on a product that needs to be exchanged for a different size/style.
U.S. residents will not be required to pay the shipping charges for items received with defects or damaged (zippers, snaps, or other non-fixed features). Customer must pay shipping both ways on items that need to be exchanged for size issue. Please Insure Properly, incase the package is damaged/lost by courier.
International Customers: Customers outside the U.S. will have to pay their own freight. Please insure package properly in case package is lost/damaged by courier. If you are using the Post Office for any items shipped to us, please keep in mind that it can take anywhere between 10 business days upto few weeks.
All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. so as to ensure proper credit.
Upon return and receipt of the product(s), Branson Wholesale will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling - NO QUESTIONS ASKED
Any defective product must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving order.
