SHIPPING

Orders are shipped by FedexPlease call in your order if
you prefer different shipping method
Orders place by 11 AM CST Should ship the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days.

Your order may arrive in multiple boxes. |

We stay 95% in Stock at all time but occasionally will ship direct from the warehouse if we are out of stock. |

Online orders receive a printable invoice by email
No invoice will be included with order. |

You will receive a tracking number by email if your order shipped from our retail store.
If your items ship from the warehouse we usually have the tracking number with 72 hours.
If you receive a box thats says 1 of 2 for example feel free to call us during business hours or send an email for any addition tracking numbers. |

All orders should be received within 7 business days. |

Express service is offered but not guaranteed.

REFUND POLICY
Orders Have 15 Days for Refunds
If you are wanting to return for a refund, The item(s) must be shipped
by you at your expense . We suggest shipping UPS or Fedex so you receive a tracking number and insurance.
All refunds will be charged a flat $10 fee (refused boxes also).
(Per order, not per item)Effective 08/24/05.
All returns must be in new condition, unworn conditions with tags.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping and you return an item which bring your original
order total below $49/$75/$150, you will be charged $14.95 shipping on original shipment
